General Terms and Conditions for the Private Matchmaking Services of More Than Just A Date
As of: January 2026

1. Scope

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to the website [domain] and to all contracts for private matchmaking services. The provider is:

Travel Creww GmbH
Franz-Joseph-Str. 11
80801 Munich
Email: info@clever360.de

The offering is directed only at adults. Any deviating terms of the customer apply only if the Provider has agreed to them in text form.

2. Services

2. Services

The Provider offers discreet, personal matchmaking. This includes a confidential initial consultation, the creation of an individual profile, the personal introduction of suitable contacts (matches), guidance after a match and, [if booked], the organisation of date experiences.

The Provider owes matchmaking efforts, not a result. It is not guaranteed that a match, a meeting or a relationship will come about. The services are not psychological, medical, legal or tax advice.

3. The Deep Method (Tiefen-Methode)

3. The Deep Method (Tiefen-Methode)

The Provider matches people using the Deep Method. It looks beyond obvious similarities such as age or interests and considers the interplay of personality, values, lifestyle, emotional needs, ideas about relationships and hopes for the future. It takes into account whom the customer is looking for and what the other person is looking for. The customer's personal priorities are distinguished as must-haves, wishes and no-gos.

The Deep Method is a basis for selecting suitable contacts. It does not predict whether or with whom the customer will fall in love, and it provides no guarantee of success or percentage values for compatibility. The quality of the selection depends on the information given by the customer and by matches.

4. Conclusion of Contract

4. Conclusion of Contract

The initial consultation is [non-binding and free of charge]. A contract is formed when the customer accepts the Provider's offer in text form and the Provider confirms this in text form. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a contract. The Provider may decline to accept a customer without giving reasons. The contract text will be made available to the customer in text form after the contract is concluded.

5. Customer Duties

5. Customer Duties

The customer confirms that they are of legal age and will provide all information required for matchmaking, in particular on age, marital status, life situation and their priorities, completely and truthfully. They will use only their own photos, to which they hold the rights. If false information is given, the Provider may terminate for good cause and is not liable for the consequences.

6. Fees

6. Fees

The fee is based on the individual offer [or the price list dated DD.MM.YYYY]. Prices are [inclusive of statutory VAT] and payable [due date]. The fee is owed for the matchmaking activity, not for a relationship coming about. Costs of date experiences are included only if the offer expressly says so.

7. Confidentiality and Discretion

7. Confidentiality and Discretion

The Provider treats all customer information as strictly confidential and passes profile information to a potential match only with the customer's prior consent. The customer likewise treats information about other customers and matches as confidential and does not publish it, including on social networks.

8. Data Protection

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy on the website. The Provider processes sensitive information, for example about health, religion, sexual orientation or ideas about relationships that allow conclusions on these, only with the customer's express consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

9. Withdrawal, Term and Termination

9. Withdrawal, Term and Termination

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts. The customer will receive the withdrawal notice and model withdrawal form [in text form before the contract is concluded]. [Insert or link the withdrawal notice here.]

The contract has a term of [term]. Termination must be made in text form. The right to terminate for good cause and statutory termination rights (for example Section 627 of the German Civil Code, BGB) remain unaffected.

10. Liability

10. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence it is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability, for example under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

The Provider checks the information provided by matches for plausibility [as part of a personal conversation] but cannot guarantee that it is correct. It is not liable for the conduct of matches or third parties or for the course of any meeting. Meetings take place at the customer's own responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, as well as the Deep Method, profiles and documents, is protected by copyright. Passing on, reproduction or commercial use without the Provider's consent is not permitted.

12. Final Provisions

12. Final Provisions

Existing contracts are governed by the T&Cs in the version valid when the contract was concluded. Changes apply only with the customer's consent. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected. [Place of jurisdiction, for merchants only: place.] [The Provider is / is not willing to take part in consumer dispute resolution proceedings. Insert the competent body.] If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
